        DESHAIES, M. Claude

        In his home in Granby, on Friday, April 16, 1993, at the age of 50, M. Claude Deshaies passed away. He was the husband of Mrs. Elizabeth Transon, residing in Granby.

        Besides his wife, he leaves in mourning:

        His children: Yves (Johanne Chamberland) and Brigitte, of Dunham.

        His mother: Mrs. Edouardiana Deshaies, of Cowansville.

        His sisters: Florence Lepitre (Claude), of Bellefeuille; Céline Petit (Jean-Guy), of Ste-Anne-de-la-Rochelle.

        His brothers: Jean-Paul Deshaies (Veronica), of Herkimer, N.Y.; Marcel Deshaies (Thérèse), of Iberville.

        As well as many uncles and aunts, nephews and nieces, cousins, relatives, and friends.

        M. Deshaies will not be laid out (no public viewing). The funeral service, in the presence of the ashes, will take place at St-Léon Church in Cowansville on Saturday, April 24 at 1:30 PM, followed by burial in the Catholic cemetery of Cowansville.
